By accessing or using Kenal's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of Malaysia. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Service Description

Kenal provides identity verification services, including but not limited to MyKad verification, passport verification, and business verification (e-KYB) services. Our services are designed to help businesses verify the identity of individuals and organizations in compliance with Malaysian regulations.

User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not interfere with the security or functionality of our services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Kenal and are protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

Payment Terms

Users agree to pay all fees and charges associated with their use of our services according to the pricing plans in effect when the charges are incurred. All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

Service Credits

• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits expire after 12 months from the date of purchase
• Credits are deducted upon successful initiation of verification services
• Failed verifications may be subject to our retry policy

Limitation of Liability

Kenal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with or without notice.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms of Use or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
